Machine Operator – Manufacturing

Location: Baldwyn, MS
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift, approximately 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Baldwyn, MS. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of manufacturing experience, including operating machinery in a production environment. Candidates must be punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable learning to operate new machines and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Learn new machines, processes, and production techniques as needed.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Willingness and ability to learn new machinery and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $13.00 per hour
• Shift: Day shift, starting at either 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM.
